Tracking Report Problem

Not sure how to explain this but there seems to be a problem with v8.1 recording emails opening. About 80% of emails were not captured in the report. Most of them seems to be opening action. I only see click action recorded. Is there a known bug?

The only new thing in MLM v3 is the web interface, the rest of the script is unchanged. MaxBulk Mailer v7 and v8 are identical regarding MLM handling as well. We only made changed in the data formatting and the interface.
