too many messages on a single connection

Using Max Bulk Mailer 5.2.1 on MAC OS 10.4.11

I've been using the same settings forever. Today, however, MBM is hanging up on every tenth email. Sends 10 emails, then the recipients page puts up the stop sign and says: Error: Bad Sequence of Commands.

Delivery page says: 451 requested action aborted: too many messages on a single connection

Outgoing mail server is AT&T, f/k/a BellSouth.

Any help on this one?

Can you paste here the 20 lines or so before the 'Bad Sequence of Commands' error?

I don't see any 'Bad Sequence of Commands' error here. Anyway, it looks like your server has a delivery limit per hour or per day and you are over it. I recommend you to read the following: Sending a message thru a server with a daily or an hourly delivery limit.
