Time out error when downloading remote list

Hello:

The link to the MLM works fine. I can create lists and add recipients but when I go to the MBM and select remote lists from the dropdown menu, it either stays 'downloading' indefinitely or finally times out and says error #408.

Please advise.

If you log into MLM with your browser, can you see your list?

Also try the following command with your browser:

http://www.[YOUR_DOMAIN].com/site/scripts/list_manager/demo/lm.php?cmd=getlist&list=[YOUR_LIST]&pwd=[YOUR_PASSWORD]

What do you get? The full list? Part of the list? An error?

And with the following command?

http://www.[YOUR_DOMAIN].com/site/scripts/list_manager/demo/lm.php?cmd=lists&pwd=[YOUR_PASSWORD]

What do you get? The full list of lists? Part of the list? An error?

Hello:
Yes I can see my lists going to http://[DOMAIN].com/lm/lm.php

I log in with a user and password that I configured in the settings of MBM.

When I try to go to the links you listed with the edited information I get 404 errors. (I am assuming the password is the same password I use to log in to the MLM on-line).

Please advise.

The site is secured and must stay that way.

MLM works on both HTTP and HTTPS connection so the problem is not there. It is that forward.

Should I go about trying to remove the forward? Or is there some way to configure MLM to take the forward into account?

Current MaxBulk Mailer version supports MLM forwards from a http page to another http page or from a https page to another https page but not from a http page to a https page nor from a https page to a http page. I will fix that right now for next release!
