The window statistics don´t show anything

I've been using the software for a while but now my stats are not displayed in the window, I check the URL and good, even the links do not send error but I do not see results

Have you seen results before? Is the 'Singly' option checked in the 'Settings' panel?

Yes I see results, but my server change and I reinstall the software, since then I don´t have results.

Yes the option Singly is activated

Are you sure you installed MLM properly? Have you tried to log into MLM with your browser, create a list and add a recipient to that list? Any error?
