Templates not Saved (v.8.2.1 Pro)

This is an issue I have reported before (v7.6) but have never fixed.

For some reason, I can save a document as a template & it will show in the drop-down menu. On restarting MaxBulk it has vanished & is not in the Templates folder.

Instead, I just save documents & retrieve them from Saved Documents if needed. This works but does not explain or resolve the bug.

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
MaxBulk Mailer: v8.2.1 Pro
 
No. Folder seems fine.

When I 'Save as Template' no document is saved to any of the folders but the name of that document appears in the drop-down menu.

On closing the document, the menu option clears.
 
Templates are MaxBulk Mailer documents. They are saved to the following location:

C:\Users\<your_account_name>\Documents\Maxprog\MaxBulk Mailer\My Templates\

Check if that folder exists, does it?
 
Deleted the folder & MaxMail recreated it ...amazing! However, it was empty when I 'Saved as Template'

I had this problem with MBM Pro v7.6 on a WinXP PC before.
 
Do you then see that document in the templates inside MaxBulk Mailer? Can you select it. Does it remain there after relaunching MaxBulk Mailer?
 
Have you tried to install MaxBulk Mailer on another account on your computer? Does it work from there?
 
What do you mean, Windows license? It is just for testing, you can later remove that account.
