Template vs saving

Is there a difference between saving as a template and just plain saving an email? How should either be used? thanks

Further - from within the program, how do you delete a template or saved email?

When you open a template, you will work on a copy of the file. When you open a document you will work on that file. This is the difference. If you save a document as a template it is because you will reuse it as a template later. To delete a template, go to the MaxBulk Mailer templates folder and drag it to the trash. The location of that folder depends on your operating system
