Target Field only has four options

Hi:

New to BulkEmailer, and when I am trying to import a text file, there are only 4 options available in the "Target Field" window.

Surname
First Name
email address
Company

I see in the preferences (and some of the support files online) that there are several "Opt"s but they do not show up for me.

TIA for telling me how to have the "Opt"s show up!

Running MBM 6.5, OSX 10.5
