Tags with alternative text

This new feature only works as this tag is on top of the message. When it is not the first tag in the message it is not working besides just [Firstname|Friend] is displayed. Can this been fixed or is an imperfection of the program.

Can you give me an example. I have opened back the document I used for the testing and it uses several of those tags.
 
Just plain text when [Firstname|Friend] is displayed on the first line it is just fine but when using an other tag above it the [Firstname|Friend] is broken. It does not matter witch tag is used for example a date tag [Month] for example.

Weird, I just tried right now, plain text message with:

[Firstname|Friend]
[Firstname|Friend]

Both tags are properly processed.

As you see the tag is broken in the second example.

Weird, I can't reproduce the problem here. It works all time for me. Furthermore the feature is made with a regular expression applied to the whole message. Have you tried to rewrite the second tag?
 
I am sorry what ever I try it just does not work. Rewrite use another tag just putting the tag [Voornaam|mijnheer mevrouw] on top of the page does the trick anyting else fails.

A pity it does not work on my computer but aparently it does on your computer. For your information I am using the Windows version (Windows 7 64bit).


Just reproduced the problem it only works on formated text. When using plain tekst and HTML the tag is broken.
 
I will wait until I get more reports on this. It is always easier if it fails for others as well, that way I can see what we have in common.
