I am having a problem with my tags being turned off. This is the problem I have
1) When I begin, I populate my "Remote List" to my email.
2) I insert the "Unsubscribe" Tag
3) I check the Unsubscribe feature in Preview, it is working
4) I create my message by inserting a tag for "Full Name"
5) I insert Graphic (.jpg)
6) I type (To UNSUBSCRIBE click link below)
7) I insert "Unsubscribe" Tag
8) I check message with Preview
9) The Tags (Full Name and Unsubscribe) are not there,
10) I check and the tags are turned off
Question, Why? and how do I turn the tags back on, or make sure they do not get turned off? Or what am I doing to turn the tags off?
After reading a previous post on the same subject, your response was "Have you installed MLM"? Yes, that is why I was able to have and use the "Remote List".
