This might be a simple fix, in which case I apologize, and I have read the instructions.
I just downloaded the update 7.9.2, and I am using the exact same message, recipients list, and server settings that have worked for months.
Now, however, the Tags are not working. I am doing it correctly like so:
Dear Dr. [Surname],
And in the Preview it appears as such:
Dear Dr. ,
The Last names have been imported and are visible in the recipients list. What are some possible causes for this kind of problem? Thanks for your help!
