tags dont rename?

Hi, i follow the directions to rename optional tags.
But they dont apear renamed in the list.
They still apear like opt 1 , opt 2, opt 3...
What am i doing wrong?

Are you renaming the document tags or the overhaul tags? If you do the second, renaming overhaul tags from the preferences, only future documents will have the new names.
