Tags aren't working

Hi all,

I'm using MaxBulk Mailer Pro 6.8 on Mac OS X. I'm trying to send a message but Tags aren't coming through (except for e-mail address and first name. In preview all looks well, but on receipt, I'm missing info. Anybody got any clue why this is happening? I tried HTML, styled and plain text messages, all with the same result.

Have you tried to reinstall the software? It is explained here. v6.8 is still available here. Of course the ideal would be to use current v8.2 since your version is quite old (upgrades are available here).
