Swapped to SQL now click-through does not record

I've swapped to SQL now click-through does not record anymore. The email I have just sent out was previously used when I was using raw files, but I can't see that that would make any difference.

I can see that recipients have opened the email, but no click are recording and I know that they have clicked on the links within the email because they have told me so in emails they have sent us.

Any ideas?

Just check this all. Email was Styled Text (I've read about HTML issues) and I have sent this to myself and all the click record. So, when would they not record at it seems some recipients are clicking the links but it's not recording?
