Subscription/Unsubscription confirmation emails

In the subscription confirmation and notification e-mails automatically appears a signature... this signature is in my case

FirstName LastName
http://www.mywebsite.com
Maxprog List Manager v3.0.2

I want to replace the last line (Maxprog List Manager v.3.0.2) with my own business name...

Can I have instructions on what to edit/replace to get this done please..?

..the templates end with [signature]... what i guess is replaced with the whole

The script name and script version are inside the lm.php file, line 51 and 52:

$script_name = "Maxprog List Manager";
$script_version = "v3.0.2";
