subscribe_multiple issue

I tried using the subscribe_multiple html page, but when I select more the one list to register with (see picture below), it only puts me in one list (the first one). The "request" page only list "list1'" (see below) even though I selected 2 and 3. And after I confirm and check with Maxbulk Mailer it only shows list1 with a recipient. Please help or give any suggestions

It is strange, it works just fine for me. We have a copy of the script running here.

I tried force creating the list; no go. The odd thing is if I just choose one the list (1, 2 or 3) it works fine and registers me to that list. It's not until I choose more then one that it only registers me to the first and none of the rest. Stanbusk is there any way I can can a copy of the subscribe_multiple file you use on the demo page. I even tried replacing the file on my server with the one that comes with Maxbulk download.. still the same

Currently I am using an exact copy of this version.

I think I found the issue.. it has to do with the version of PHP on the server. The server that we want put this on that stores our school's website is version 4.4.8, and does not work. I tried my personal server (which has version 5.2.1) and it works fine.

Is there anything I can do (or you) that would allow this to work on version 4, or am I out of luck?

Well, actually this script was developed to be used on v5 or newer.
