I have the program working fine. I use MLM with Bounce Handler. I have a question about unsubscribe. I was testing unsubscribe and it works ok. I get the appropriate notices:
1. You subscription has been cancelled - I get this when I unsubscribe from a email.
2. I get the confirmation in the form of any email sent to the address that I unsubscribed. In this email, it says if you wish to subscribe again, click the link.
3. When I click to re-subscribe, I then receive the 'Your Request has been received successfully"
4. Next I receive an email asking me to verify the opt-in and when I click on the link I get the "You have been subscribed successfully". I then get a confirmation and am notified as the sender that someone has subscribed.
So far so good.
When I go back to MaxBulk Mailer, the address still shows as unsubscribed. I know I can manually alter that but if it wasn't me who re-subscribed but someone else, how would I know? I should mention that I am working with a local list. I have not been able to upload a list to MLM. So, the question is, where do I look to see subscriptions? Does this only work if the list is housed on MLM?
