Stats not reflecting send all of a sudden

I have experienced a number of problems with the last couple of emails i have sent.

Firstly i am trying to send to 5k contacts and the osftware will idle after about 1.5k to 2k and i have to resume the send from that point.

Also, the stats are no longer reflecting the number of contacts sent to e.g. i sent an email to 5k today, and the stats show 12 opens out of 1k sent under 'Unique'.

I am using our company's email server to send.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

About the delivery, are you sure your server hasn't set a delivery limit per hour? It is explained here: Sending a message through a server with a daily or an hourly delivery limit.

What do you mean with 'sent under 'Unique'?

Thanks for reply on first part, i will check with IT.

All i meant was that i sent it to all 5000 (it was a bit stop start with the issue i've been experiencing), however the stats state that only about 1000 were sent.

Which MaxBulk Mailer version are you using? Is it last 8.3.3?
