statistics update error

Hello,
i've installed MLM and everything is ok.
In the statistics window, I select the delivery and then, it says "next update in 1:00".

if nobody opened my mail, the actions list is empty, after one minute the uptdate works ok.

BUT from the moment somebody opens the mail, and it is shown in the actions list, when the update runs it says:

The URL is not valid.

somebody can tell me what is the problem?

Have you ask your server support about that? You actually get a HTTP error from your Web server. I know the issue but only the server support can fix it. It may be because the URL is too big.
