Statistics problem

I just did a mailing with MBM. My server timed out about 75% through, so the job was broken up into two separate "sends." (Actually 3, as I hit send and cancelled it immediately).

Looking at the statistics screen, I see a few items:

10 Next Delivery

7 (name of mailing)
7 (name of mailing)
8 (name of mailing) <-this one is empty because I aborted the mailing before anything was sent
9 (name of mailing)

(Where 7, 8 and 9 are all sub-selections of the first 7). Each item has a checkbox to the left of it.

If I click on any SINGLE checkbox, The window fills with email information and the "Summary" details are shown at the bottom.

If I click on more then one checkbox, things get strange.

Clicking on the nested "7" shows the results for "7"
Clicking on the nested "9" shows the results for "9"

Clicking on either the top level "7" or the "7" and "9" only displays the results for "9" in the summary, although the total number under unique show the total of 7 and 9. (the number opened, clicks, unsubscribed and bounces only shows from 9).

Also if more than one checkbox is clicked, only delivery 9 information is shown in the list.

What do you mean by folder?

I am looking at the Statistics screen of MaxBulk mailer.

No folders are shown. I only have a hierarchal listing of mailings (deliveries?) in the left pane. As indicated, there is an initial "7" with a disclosure triangle. Under that "7" are "7", "8" and "9" with the top "7" as the "parent"

Yes, an entry with a disclosure triangle is a folder. Can you send a screenshot?

Here are screens shot showing three variations. As you can see, the stats numbers are incorrect whenever more that one delivery is selected.

I did not do a manual count, but the above make me question that any of the numbers shown are accurate.

Also, in none of the cases does clicks show a percentage in the ration column.

one other note... the number of bounces does not match the number shown in email bounce handler for these deliveries (not even close).

What if you click on the '7' folder on the right? Any change? When you click there are you waiting enough time for the list to update?

About bounces, only hard bounces are added. And only bounce full identified as address failures.
