When we produce mailers its always good to get the stats back - we have never been very successful with this and only managed to get totals sent and opened back. We have always has a system in the office with 8 partitioned hard drives in an apple xraid set up and to get the results had to ok each of these to get past and see the stats. We no longer have the xraid and can no longer use the status button as it just goes into beach ball central and says " there was a problem connecting to the server"server.local.". The server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection, and then try again." I have no idea why it was looking there or where our settings could be messing up - can anyone help on this please?
