I have registered version of PRO 7 on MAC OSX 10.4.11
I have install MLM PRO (v3.0.1) on the server
I can login to MLM web interface
I can see the MYSQL database list and recipients
LM folder has been CMOD 777 and tried 755
The preference for MLM path and password are identical
and Click though tracking is turned on
I can send an test email and the click through track code is visible on the email link URL
I CANNOT
1. UPLOAD to MLM
2. GET REMOTE LIST
3. Clicking the the Statistics ICON - "locks up" the application in MAC OSX 10.4.11
I thought the mbm file may have been corrupt so I start with a fresh file - still same problem.
Thought it may have been a pro 7 error - so downloaded latest version 8.1 and same problems.
My client is using 7.1 on a pc and wants to use the statistics MLM however I am testing all the settings on the MAC here first to make sure everything works.
So I asked the client to send a test email with all the correct settings. The PC version shows the send log but no click through tracking results.
any help would be appreciated
Have just completed test on MAC OSX 10.5.8 and the statistic works in MAX BULK MAILER 7 PRO - however still cannot download remote lists!
OK more testing...
RECIPIENTS UPLOAD to MLM
I "CAN" add a list to mySql database via:
1. Login into lm web interface "show lists"
2. <url>/lm/html/upload_list.php
Note : I can also see all the list in the mySql database through myPHPadmin on my host server
However I "CANNOT" upload a list via:
1. Using the 'Recipients > Upload to MLM' menu.
MLM REMOTE LISTS
Recipients [Remote List] logs on to the server with no error, downloading shows up in the progress bar, however no remote list are visible.
I tested the LM setting by changing the password and I get a wrong password error. So I put in the correct password and I don't get an error. It seems to connecting fine - just no remote lists showing up.
