Starting at around 2:20 PM EDT Bulkmailer does not respond

Was sending emails since A.M. with no issues. I entered a list and at 136 out of about 700 names the bulk mailer posted (not responding) at top of page. Reopened three different windows and tried resending. After first email it went into a paused/limbo stage with no response.

I have decided to re install Max Bulk mailer and erase old version. Right now the erasure process is stuck when trying to remove Max Bulk Mailer folder. How long does it usually take for the removal process to be complete. Its been 7 minutes so far.

Followed instructions for erasing old Max Bulk mailer before downloading new version. In the middle of erasing he Max Bulk Mailer file under Max Prog. STILL IN PROCESS OF ERASURE after over an hour and a a half! Does it usually take that long? Could not find file Application Data on computer. Was able to find the two folders for erasing as outlined in instructions. Can anyone provide some insight here on how a normal erasing should occur or if the time delay usually long?
