spam

I am using MaxBulkMailer (v6.2) to send out around 300 emails a week in one blast. I set the timing to send 10 emails every ten minutes, and have the "Delivery: send singly" box checked. I have been having major problems recently with my ip address being blocked for spamming. I am sending out this blast on behalf of a client to his address book contacts, and there's an option to unsubscribe to the mailing. What can I do to be able to continue doing these mailings without getting into problems with anti spam systems?

I use the spamcheck and the only thing that comes up is that there are less than 5,000 characters in the email. I send out what is basically an image within an html doc -- here's a sample:

I'd appreciate any advice.
thanks.

Actually sending a message with a picture and almost no text is a very bad idea. It is a bad idea because a lot of spam looks like this! Try to add text or to use the Text/HTML format writing a text alternative version.

I know, it sucks... but this is what spammers have achieved.

will do - thanks.

So if I use the text/html version, I can write all sorts of stuff that won't be shown to anyone who can read html in their emails, right? Only those who see plain text emails will see the text?
