Some Recipient receives message without the text...?

Hi,

We are new to MaxBulk Mailer. We use the software to send individualized message to our students. Some student complains about:

i) receiving the message with the text and logo,

ii) receiving the message but with just the logo of the institution (inserted graphic in the message) and not the text,

ii) not receiving the message at all.

Originally we had pasted the text from a Word document into the message we were sending. After getting too many complaints we decided to paste the text from the Word document then reformat the text inside the MaxBulk Mailer text editor and also we removed the graphic. The majority of the students received the message intact and a few did not received any message. We had to resend the same message a second time to these students. They all received the message intact the second time.

Now to my question. What happened here? What need to be done to prevent these problems from reoccurring? In our situation things have to work the first time. You advise on how to correct problem would be greatly appreciated.

You should avoid using Word to create you text. Instead either use MaxBulk Mailer or a plain text editor. I believe that when you copy and paste text from Word you may also paste control characters. Those characters can cause unpredictable behaviors.
