Software isn't working [Error #103]

I just purchased the email Verifier and I continue
to get errors.

At first I got a timed out error over and over. I increased the
timeout under preferences to 60 and now I get an [Error #103].

I check my own email address and I get the same error message
and it states that the email address is invalid.

Also, I'm trying to understand what the DNS Server option is used
for. Is that to change IP Addresses?

DNS server are for resolving email domains, to get the SMTP relay server associated to it. Please test an address and send me what you get in the console panel.

I checked these emails and this is the info in the console area.

Also, going back to DNS... I'm not too computer savvy so your explanation went out the window on me. I just want to know is the DNS an area where I can change my IP address. It looks like your software actually sends out an email. If it does, I'd like to protect my IP address so I don't end up on a spam list.

I believe your internet provider is blocking port 25. You could try to phone them, confirm that and ask to remove that block. Some ISP will allow that.
