Signature not working - Also format wrong??

hello everyone, i tried to write an email to our clients list today but in the preview and test email it showed that my signature is completly messed up. also when i tried to use formated text it also gets completly wrong and i am not able to send this email out to anyone. it is not transfering the colors correctly nore the hyperlinks and it seems the signature cant include chinese characters? how can i fix that? thanks

Did you paste the text from a Microsoft Application? Entourage, Word?

nope. apple mail. it is a text with different colors and a hyperlink and chinese characters, when i try to copy paste it here it is also loosing the format but in any other mail i used before it worked fine

I believe that after pasting the text you may have to apply the formats again. Please try this and let us know.

i cant apply formats in the signature window i can just plain type. also this wouldnt solve the nonedisplaying of the chinese characters.

as know one seems to be able to help me and the software is cleary not providung what it promises, where can i apply for a refund??
