rookie in maxbulker, if someone could advice me, would be great!

i want to send news from my business to 5000 contacts to promote it.
my server smtp is orange.fr

which are the best settings to do a good shipping and arrive in mailboxes without appearing as a spam?
i mean how many mails by groups? sending with which interval?
