Server Eyeballs

First, I guess my server is also my ISP?

Asking about three so-called server complaints from aol; my server simply said, "no big deal", checked cause, and said my account is not blocked. However, he would not commit to any guidelines as to maximum amounts per day or hour.

He did say the only spam monitoring (eyeballing) is an algorithm they use to "check for differences between messages". I guess this is why tags are a benefit?

Any feedback, please, on how to avoid this algorithm from picking up my output? Thanks.

Maybe and maybe not. The ISP is the company that gives access to the internet network. If that same company is hosting your pages then yes.

Absolutely. This fact is covered here: How to avoid a message from being flagged as spam.
