Sending process hangs after last email is sent

When sending to a selection of my list and after the last email address is processed, the program hangs and just sits there like something is going on. The last line in the Delivery Window shows that it is preparing the report; that seems to be where it is hanging up. I have to press "Pause" and then "Resume" for it to finish and actually display the report in the delivery window. Once I have done that, I can select more names from my list and send another group of emails. Each time after the selected emails are processed, the program hangs up again, and I have to press "Pause" & "Resume" to continue working.

The number of emails selected each time has no bearing on this behavior. I am using the latest version of MaxBulk Mailer 8.3. Ideas?
