send event problem in FMP

Hello,

I have just found that in MBM 8.5.3 the "Send event" function in Filemaker Pro that is integral to your Filemaker integration is not working. At least not for me on Filemaker 14.0.5 and OS X 10.11.5. The "Send event" won't seem to accept MBM as the designated app often displaying "unknown" as the designated app. And even when "MaxBulk Mailer" appears to be displayed as the designated app, I am still getting an error message saying "The file "unknown" could not be found and is required to complete this operation". Any ideas why this is no longer working ? And any hope of getting it fixed ?

Oops sorry. Just realized there is already an active post about this. Can you tell me what is the last version where "send event" still works and where can it be found?
