send 5000 mails 500 by 500

Hi there, I have a list with 50 000 addresses but my hosting provider allow me send just 500 by hour, the Bulk mailer can do it?
load a 50 000 addresses list and send 500 emails by hour automatically and send the 50 000 mails?
