Restart sending emails after program has quit

How do I restart the Maxmail program once it stops? If I close my computer during the sending out of emails, it naturally stops. When re-opening the computer, how do I get the maxmail program working again? Sometimes it will start automatically. Now it will not restart. After stopping the delivery, save your document. To resume, launch MaxBulk Mailer, load your document and click on the 'Send' button.
