REQUEST: Number of daily mails.

Hi,
long time no see ;D

I came across a need of DAILY limiter. For example:

My ISP allows me to send 500 mails per hour and 5000 mails per day.

I'm using the 500 limit per hour but would have been nice if there is a secondary limit option so it can pause the sending for 24 hours after it reach the 5000 mails.

Just set the software to send 5000 emails per day at a slow pace, slow enough in order, fro example 100 deliveries every 45 minutes.
