Reordering recipient list

Hi...I am a new user. Does anyone know how to reorder the recipient list? For example, I need to insert a recipient after Recipient No 33, in my list of 150 recipients. Recipients No 30-35 are all from the same organisation. Thanks in advance. Hiero

Put a number for each address in the Opt1 column and then order by that column.
