Relaying not allowed

Can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong? When I'm in the office my emails send perfectly...but when I'm working away from the office I keep getting 'Relaying not allowed'. Do I have to alter something in my settings?

The problem is that you are not authenticating yourself with the server, as a result he doesn't know who you are. At home you are probably accepted because your IP is recognized. The solution is to activate the ESMTP authentication and enter your user ID and password.
