Recipients List Issues or Corruption

After upgrading to 8.4.7. today I cannot make changes to any Recipients List without losing the entire list. I'm running Windows 8.1 with all updates through yesterday. Yesterday, on the previous MaxBulk version, everything was OK.

The issue is as follows:

Either adding or subtracting individual addresses to a list manually at first seems to work. I can save the list and it looks OK. If I change to a different list then return to the original list it will be empty (both viewing in MBM and if I open the list file in a text editor). This happens regardless of how many addresses were on the list when I started.

I also tried importing 100 address to an existing list which led to the same results. So did importing to a blank new list.

I have removed and re-installed the program, tried removing the lists from the file system manually and allowing the program to recreate them, and I have checked that my user account (Windows Login) has full permissions on the list files.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

MaxBulk Mailer 8.4.7 has been reverted to previous 8.4.6 on our server until we can fix this problem. I was able to reproduce.
