Recipient list

Is there a way to queue up the list of Recipient files so they can run without my selecting them one by one?

I have many files in this Recipient list but I have to select them one at a time to run.

Any suggestions?

The recipient holds a list on contacts

At my site I have several lists of contacts on different industries

Is there a way to automatically send to lists 1 through 20 for example

You can select 'Multiple Lists' from the list pull-down menu and then check the lists you want to send your message to.
