Qwery doesnt populate the list in this software

When I run a qwery against my MySQL database it acts like it is processing the qwery however it doesnt populate the list in the MaxBulk Mailer software. This happened right after I added new IP's to the machines.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Was it working before you made that IP change?

It was working before the IP change. I have the firewall setup properly on my database server( I even had Rackspace take a look at the firewall settings.
). it even authenticates the database just fine. it just does not load the list after the qwery completes in this software.

I believe it has to be something on the server. MaxBulk Mailer uses standard mySQL commands for the connection.
