Connection logs are accessible directly from inside MaxBulk Mailer by clicking on the disclosure triangle/control on the left of the delivery type selector (Delivery panel). If you click on that control you will see a panel with all the connection logs. Select any of them to see the full contents.
To respond to your question, the connection log files are available here:
Windows: C:\Users\[your_account_name]\Documents\Maxprog\MaxBulk Mailer\Connection Logs\
macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Maxprog/MaxBulk Mailer/Connection Logs/
On macOS use the Finder 'Go ▸ Go To Folder' menu and paste the path above.
