I believe you are using the Styled Text format. That format is converted into HTML code before delivery. It is great since it allows almost everything HTML allows. You can even insert HTML code into your message, it will be passed to the final code untouched.
However there is one limitation, two characters are forbidden, they are ''. Those two characters are reserved by HTML, they are used for creating tags. If you use either '' you will literally screw all your HTML code and you will get unexpected results like truncated text or missing paragraphs.
Check your message text and make sure you are using neither '' anywhere and you will be fine!
