Yes, just download the software here and register again. You can unregister the previous version on your old computer from the 'About MaxBulk Mailer' menu. There is a Tool button with an 'Unregister' menu to do that.
In order to transfer all your data, settings, lists and accounts I recommend you to proceed as explained here: How can I transfer my lists and accounts between two computers?.
