Maybe you have installed MLM? MLM changes all links in order to do opening and click-through tracking. Open your MaxBulk Mailer preferences, second panel and check the MLM URL. Is it valid? If not you will have to fix it. It has to be the full URL of lm.php on your server. If you don't use MLM then just make sure there is no URL at all.
