You probably have a cache problem, the download failed once and is now corrupt.

There are several solutions to this problem, they apply to any download, read the full list before taking a decision:

- First, if you are using Safari, try to reset the cache. It is the 'Develop > Empty Caches' menu. If you don't see the 'Develop' menu go to the Safari Preferences, 'Advanced' tab and check the very last option at the bottom 'Show Develop menu in menu bar'. Note that reseting the cache will remove everything from it. The cache is then rebuilt automatically.

- If previous version fails or you don't want to reset the cache then you can simply try to restart your computer.

- If none of the previous solutions work for you then just use another browser, you have the choice between Google Chrome, FireFox and Opera.
