Mandrill is Mailchimp's SMTP server for transactional emails. Like any other server, you only need the SMTP server address and your credentials.

Mandrill's SMTP server address is: smtp.mandrillapp.com:587

You can find your credentials by logging into your Mandrill account. Note that the SMTP password is any active API key for your account, not the password used to log in to Transactional Email.
