SMTP error 451 occurs when a user sends too many emails, exceeding the email server's sending limits. These limits are set as daily or hourly limits to prevent abusive behavior. The server will not allow the user to send more emails when exceeding the limit. More information here: Sending a message through a server with a daily or an hourly delivery limit.
The solution is to lower the delivery rate. You can do that from the MaxBulk Mailer settings panel. In the example below, we set MaxBulk Mailer to send 400 emails per hour, groups of 25 emails sent every 3:45 minutes.
