Projects activation / deactivation

GREAT version 5.0, loaded with very useful features

One extra feature would still be quite needed: to be able to deactivate/deactivate a project in the list, so that this list doesn't get bigger with time. The drop down project list would always stay within reasonable size over time.

BTW, this drop down list has not been updated in 2 places:
- in queries, contextual menu 'add to project'
- within the scheduler

What do you mean? Because there is no 'Edit' menu?

Project activation / deactivation: what I mean is that - exactly as per the accounts behavior that can be activated/de-activated - the project manager window could propose the same (for ex: top buttons: delete - rename - De-activate) in order NOT to keep the project name in the (long) drop down projects list when not needed anymore. Still keeping the project available to re-activate if needed in the future. Would be very useful for our iCash main usage, that is projects budget management.

Project Drop down:
Works fine in:
- Transactions
- Queries
Looks like previous vers. 4.5 (that means unsorted + 20 max) in:
- Contextual menu 'Add to Project'
- Scheduler edit window
