problems with mailmerge fields

At least in the Italian version the content of the fields (except predefined fields) is ignored and replaced with the constant name of the field itself. This does not happen in the preview, but in the sent mail. Since I believe that this bug had not been ignored if it had been present in the original English version, I wonder how I can use the English version, since the Italian version is adopted automatically.

I have never heard of such issue. If you use the Italian version you have to use corresponding Italian tags, english one will not work. Also, on the settings panel, the 'Singly' option has to be checked. In MaxBulk Mailer the code that processes tags for the preview and for the message once sent is exactly the same.
