Problems with distribution lists

I have Max bulk prov8. Lately my distribution lists have been dissapearing. Do you have any idea why this happens?

What version of MaxBulk Mailer do you have? On what system?

I have Max bulk Mailer Pro 8.4.7. We are still using windows xp. Might the OS be the problem?

Uninstall the version you have, download current one from our server and install that one. That will fix your problem.
