Problem with the schedule delivery

Hello i have a question about the schedule delivery. When i adjust the MaxBulk to send the e-mail to the recipients for example at 19:30 in the evening, this is after work. When i get back in the morning and i move the mouse (the computer is sleeping), than the e-mail sending starts. Why the sending didn't start in the adjusted time? Do have any idea?

Sleeping mode is like having your computer turned of. MaxBulk Mailer is being frozen, no process is running, not even the scheduler timer.
