Problem with Tag [Firstname] in Subject

I just upgraded to MaxBulk Mailer (7.5), but I'm having a problem with my tags in my email templates.

I customize my emails by putting the person's name in the subject line [Firstname], which worked beautifully with my previous MaxBulk Mailer version.

But since the upgrade,the actual tag shows up, instead of the person's name. For example, if I'm sending an appointment reminder email to 'Sue", the subject line should be:

Sue's Appointment Reminder

But now with the upgrade the subject line says:
[Firstname]'s Appointment Reminder

Please advise!

Have you tried to create a whole new document and insert the tag again in the subject? Is the 'Singly' option checked in your settings? Do you have recipients pending to be sent on your list?
